HZS series concrete mixing plants are composed of world famous or our own brand mixers and other fittings. This equipment is operated by microcomputer control and measures with electronic balance. It is a system with functions of screen display, formula storage, dynamic zero-position tracing, automatic position head compensation, production management, material consumption and statistics, printing and monitoring, which help realize automatic control in the process of mixing. The complete machine is with reasonable design structure, high measurement precision and reliable operation. The capacity of concrete batching plants are from 25m3 / h to 240m3/ h, the mixers are mainly twin-horizontal shafts type and the aggregate bins also can be ground type according to customer requirement. - Asphalt Mixing Plant
The asphalt mixing plant series in our company has a productivity of 40 tons/ hour-400 tons/ hour, being highly automatic intensity, accurate measuring and high dependability, is an ideal choice in advanced road construction and maintenance. Its key components such as burning system, speed reducer and sensors are all famous brand products. The control system, adopting the programmable controller and professional engineering computer of Siemens make the weighing, mixing, discharging automatic, semi-automatic and manual ways. The mixing blades are made of wear-resistant cast iron, having long performance life. The aggregate adopts accumulated measuring, powder and asphalt are measured alone so as to ensure batching precision and reliability. The hot aggregate and powder use bucket type double-chain elevator with automatic tension device. The burning system use diesel, heavy oil or coal. The dust collecting system has gravity dust collecting, cyclone dust collecting, water dust collecting or bag dust collecting. The finished storage silo has side set type, bottom set type for customer to choose and the volume is 30ton, 60ton, 80ton, 100ton, 120ton, 160ton, 240ton.
